Hello everyone, and welcome to my page! 

I am a professional educator with an array of leadership experience. With over a decade of working in the education field, starting as a classroom teacher and moving to campus leadership, I am presently supporting the special education program at multiple campuses as a Special Education Regional Manager. These experiences have cultivated the various leadership styles that have helped me to coach and build effective teams. These teams produced interactive learning experiences while cultivating environments that inspire students to reach their full potential. 

Reflecting on my years of experience, education has taught me that students have varied perspectives on topics and subject matter. We have to meet the students where they are to ensure a firm foundation is set. To do so, the integration of technological resources and platforms is vital. Leading this effort with my teams resulted in high learning engagement and increased comprehension of knowledge application while ensuring scholars have the support needed to have equitable access to the curriculum. 

OBJECTIVE: To acquire a long-term position that will allow me to galvanize an educational community that will bridge the gap between students, teachers, parents, and leadership to provide a quality learning experience that will inspire and equip the next generation.
